This session will explore how play promotes emotional regulation and resilience throughout the lifespan. Through the lenses of neuroscience, counselling psychology, and trauma-informed practice, we will examine how co-regulation creates the foundation of lifelong well-being. Participants will learn how playful interactions reduce stress, strengthen executive functioning, and deepen social connections.
